Is this really free?
Yes — single-file conversions up to 100 products are free with no account. Larger catalogs and recurring conversions are on the Pro plan.
Where does my file go?
Nowhere. The conversion runs entirely inside your browser. Your catalog is never uploaded to a server and nothing is stored.
What if a column doesn't match?
CatalogPort flags any field it couldn't map so you can fill it in. Platform-specific fields (like category IDs) sometimes need a quick manual touch.
